David founded Beacon Leaders, an organization with a vision to be the world's leading catalyst for compassionate leaders to execute their purpose authentically, boldly, and passionately. He is a John Maxwell certified coach, speaker, and trainer with a focus on identity, leadership, purpose, and team building from a Christian perspective. David has been married to his amazing wife for over 20 years and is a father of four. They currently reside in Detroit, MI. Focusing on their biggest passion tied to their pain. For instance, someone who wants to work in finances but whose parents struggled to keep the lights on when they were kids... or a super mom who always feels like she's failing because of her own mom's failures. A father feels like he has no purpose other than to work and pay bills, but wants to be a better leader, dad, and husband, and maybe even has a dream to pursue (huge bonus).
