The Power of the Doodle (1)

Here we will explore and create a personalized affirmation visual filled with Doodles & I Am statements.

It is all about you baby!

There will be a slideshow to have visuals while making it interactive

1) Meditate and get into that centered space.

2) Explore different lines that make shapes

3) Make a list of adjectives to describe you.

3) On a larger piece of paper, create a design with lines & shapes and add the adjectives to create an affirmation vision poster per se, that resonates and shines your light.

4) Leave time to share with each other what they like about what they created or how it makes them feel

It can be as colorful as you want based on the supplies that you have and choose to use.

Supplies required:

• (2) Pieces of Paper: preferably white : 8.5” x 11” or you can alter if you want
• Pencil or Pen

Other materials could use if so inspired

• Colored Pencils
• Markers
• Sharpies
• Crayons
