Yo is a joyful, high-energy, resilient, honest, action-taking, personable, charismatic, life-educated woman. As the founder and creator of Be Yo-Self Everyday, she helps women over 40 who are stressed, overwhelmed, mentally drained, frustrated, or angry but who don't look, act or know it yet. She helps them activate their Zone of Genius by taking them on a joy discovery journey that equips them with the tools to ground, trust, empower, affirm, inspire, love, and know themselves so they can live authentically every day.

Yo is known for her compassionate spirit, ambitious mind, and for being unapologetically herself. She has spoken, trained, and taught at schools, in churches, on television, and through podcasts.  She is a Marvel fan who loves computer brain games and spending quality time with her five grandkids.
