Once in the dashboard, go to the Events tab and click the + Add Event button 3. • 🔴 Level Up Tool - Evolve With Me! Sessions
Why it exists: How to use it: What steps to take in order to leverage it:
  • 🔴 Orientation Step 1: Set Up Their Payment Plan on Your Website
The first step to getting your members set up in their new Mingle! membership is to set up their payment plan on your website. This may look different on your specific website depending on where you host your site, but we'll use the Atmaitri site as an example. Setting Up Their Payment Plan on Your Website 1. Give them the URL to the page where your payment plans live. In this example it is www.atmaitri.com. 2. They will click the Select button to choose the $79 plan 3. They will then Sign Up if they are a new contact for you or Log In if they are already a member on your site 4. They will enter their credit card information here and click the Start Free Trial button IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are doing an extended trial or have a special payment arrangement with them that you've created a coupon code for, have them enter it under Order summary and click the Apply button to show that the code has been accepted BEFORE they hit Start Free Trial The applied code will show and look something like this: Once this step is complete, you can move on to Orientation Step 2.
  • 🔴 Orientation Step 2: Create Their Mingle! Account
Congratulations! Your new member is set up in their payment plan. Now it is time to give them access to their Mingle! account. This is where they access all of the amazing tools and content available through their membership, connect with other members, and begin leveling up their experiences! Choosing Your Mingle! Account Plan – this will give you access to all of the Mingle! Spaces simultaneously 1. Make sure you know your unique Coupon Code: Check with your Community Builder (the person you entered our community through) for your code. 2. Collaborative through) and click Start Free Trial 4. Enter your unique coupon code and click Apply 5. Make sure that it shows the coupon applied 6. Enter your credit card information (you will not be charged as long as the code was applied correctly) and click the Start Free Trial button 7. You will see a confirmation message and receive a confirmation email that you’ve ordered a pricing plan. 8. This will automatically add you to the Level Up Accelerator Online Program and to the Community Connections Group. 9. Go to The Pulse (minglecollaborative.com/the-pulse – bookmark this as your new homepage for Mingle!) and find your face to log in to your profile and access all of your programs, information, and groups. Almost there! Just one more thing before the orientation process is complete, and that is to establish a direct line of communication in the Zoom Team Chat.
  • 🔴 Orientation Step 3: Invite Members to Join the Zoom Team Chat
Whoohoo! You've made it to the final step. 🤩 It's time to establish a direct line of communication with your new member. Once you've connected with them directly, you will add them to the On-Demand Support chat and point them to the Knowledge Library on The Pulse where they can learn how to connect 1:1 with other members. The Mingle! On-Demand Support chat is designed to enhance communication and support among our members, helping them to feel at home and supported as they utilize their membership. But first thing's first. They need to be invited before any of that can happen. How to Invite Your Members to Join the Zoom Team Chat: 1. Zoom Email Account: Find out which email they have connected with their Zoom account 2. Invitation: Send your members an email invitation from Zoom to connect to the new chat platform. To invite them, click on the Contacts tab at the top of your Zoom Workplace App Click the + button to add a new contact Enter their Zoom associated email account into the box and click the Invite button 3. They Accept the Invitation: They will receive an email invitation to that account where they will need to follow the instructions in the email to accept the invitation. If they are logged in to Zoom and have the Zoom Workplace App open at the time, they will also receive notifications there. 4. Add them to the Mingle! On-Demand Support Chat: Once you are connected as contacts, you can start a 1:1 chat with them. Make sure you also add them to the On-Demand Support chat (there are step-by-step directions for this in another section of the Knowledge Library if needed) and explain what this chat is used for. As a reminder (as stated in our Code of Etiquette on The Pulse Knowledge Library): Use the On-Demand Support chat exclusively for community-wide administrative updates, technical assistance, and time-sensitive questions. Avoid using the On-Demand Support chat for general conversations, feedback, announcements, or any non-administrative purposes. These discussions should be reserved for the Community Connections group or designated knowledge libraries. Now that your new member has 1. set up their payment plan, 2. activated their Mingle! account, and 3. established a direct line of communication, they are ready to Mingle!
  • 🔴 Email TEMPLATE for Self-Guided Mingle! Orientation
While it is always a nice touch to be able to walk your new members through the orientation process yourself, there may be times when the process needs to be self-guided. You can use this template to create a step-by-step visual to accompany your live orientations, or to send members that need to get signed up on their own time. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a TEMPLATE, so it needs to be updated with your specific code, website URL and screenshots before sending to members.

  • Mingle! Code of Etiquette (Expanded version)
Before gaining access to the Mingle! Collaborative virtual platform, all members were required to agree to the following: Respect and Inclusivity: I will treat all members with respect, valuing their perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences. Collaboration and Integrity: I will contribute to the community with honesty and integrity, sharing insights and experiences while respecting others' intellectual property. Appropriate Use of Spaces: I will use the On-Demand Support chat only for community-wide administrative prompts, technical support, and timing-related questions. Live Zoom Etiquette: I will confirm with a host on duty before entering occupied breakout rooms and will respect others' privacy in the co-working space. Privacy and Confidentiality: I will respect the privacy of others and will not share their personal or professional experiences without permission. Cultural Sensitivity: I will approach all interactions with an open heart and mind, respecting the diverse cultural, business, political, and spiritual practices within the community. Handling of Violations: I understand that violations of this code of etiquette will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, and severe violations may result in the immediate revocation of membership privileges without a refund. Membership and Access: I understand that if I discontinue my membership with the Community builder who introduced me to the Mingle! Learning Collaborative, my access to all Mingle! spaces will be revoked. Please refer to the expanded version below for further details to support you in upholding this code. 1. Respect and Inclusivity We value respect, inclusivity, collaboration, integrity, and authenticity in all our interactions. As a member of the Mingle! Learning Collaborative, you are expected to: Treat every member with kindness and respect, regardless of their background, business practices, politics, or personal beliefs. Embrace diversity and be open to learning from others’ experiences and perspectives. 2. Collaboration and Integrity Our community thrives on shared knowledge and mutual support. To maintain a culture of collaboration: Share your experiences, insights, and lessons learned to contribute to the collective growth of our community. Respect the intellectual property and proprietary materials of others. If you wish to incorporate someone else's work into your own, always receive permission from the creator and acknowledge their contribution. Ensure that all contributions to discussions, workshops, and collaborative activities are honest and authentic. 3. Appropriate Use of Spaces Zoom and the Mingle! website are our primary platforms for interaction. To maintain an organized and efficient environment: Use the On-Demand Support chat exclusively for community-wide administrative updates, technical assistance, and time-sensitive questions. Avoid using the On-Demand Support chat for general conversations, feedback, announcements, or any non-administrative purposes. These discussions should be reserved for the Community Connections group or designated knowledge libraries. 4. Live Zoom Etiquette When participating in our live Zoom interactions, particularly in the Mingle! co-working space, please follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone: Respect Do Not Disturb Indicators: Before entering a breakout room that is currently in use, check to see if the person has a ⛔ Do Not Disturb indicator by their name. If so, choose a different room, come back later, or reach out to them via the 1:1 chat feature on the Zoom Team Chat. Urgent Situations: If you encounter an urgent situation, either ask the host for help or message the On-Demand Support chat for assistance. Joining via Mobile: If you are joining the Zoom session on your phone, you may not be able to see who is in the breakout rooms or the ⛔Do Not Disturb indicators. Please check with the host for help instead of blindly clicking into rooms. 5. Privacy and Confidentiality The Mingle! Learning Collaborative is a space for both personal and professional growth. To protect the privacy and confidentiality of all members: Exercise discretion when sharing others' experiences. If in doubt, ask permission before discussing or sharing someone else’s story. Promote the services and products of fellow members with enthusiasm, but always credit their original work. Understand the difference between incorporating learned concepts into your work and claiming someone else’s materials as your own. 6. Cultural Sensitivity We are a diverse group with a wide range of cultural, business, political, and spiritual practices. To foster a welcoming and inclusive environment: Approach every interaction with an open heart and mind, respecting the differing beliefs, opinions, and practices within our community. Engage in discussions and collaborations with a spirit of understanding, even when encountering perspectives different from your own. 7. Handling of Violations To maintain the integrity of our community, we address violations of this code of etiquette on a case-by-case basis: Minor violations may result in a verbal or written warning from a member of our collaborative leadership team. Severe violations, such as acts of violence, or misuse of the space in any sexual or illegal manner, will result in the immediate revocation of membership privileges. No refunds, partial or full, will be issued for services rendered or time remaining on monthly memberships. We have a zero-tolerance policy for hatred or any form of discrimination (e.g., racism, sexism, etc.). 8. Membership and Access Membership in the Mingle! Learning Collaborative is contingent upon your active relationship with the Community Builder who introduced you to the space. Continued Access: Your access to the Mingle! spaces is directly linked to your membership with your Community Builder. Should you choose to leave or discontinue your membership with that Community Builder, your access to all Mingle! Collaborative spaces will be revoked. Transitioning Membership: If you wish to remain in the Mingle! Collaborative after leaving a Community Builder's membership, you must establish a new membership through another participating Community Builder or meet any other criteria set by the Collaborative for continued access.
