The Mingle Collaborative is pleased to report significant progress in its ongoing transition to the new platform, MingleCollaborative.com. As of today, 41 out of 99 members have successfully moved to the new chat platform, and we are thrilled to see members already engaging in messaging and enjoying the new features.
Current Phase Highlights:
Member Migration: 41 members have been successfully transitioned, with messaging now active on the new platform.
Support Events: To assist with the transition, we’ve introduced “Mingle! & Chat” sessions every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 12-2 pm PT. These events provide real-time support for members who have questions or need assistance.
Centralized Events Calendar: We have started transferring events to the Pulse, creating a centralized and streamlined events calendar for all members.
Next Steps for Members:
Update Your Profile: Members are encouraged to log in to MingleCollaborative.com and update their profiles.
Community Assignment: Ensure that you are correctly assigned to your respective community within the platform. You may receive an invoice from the new platform, please disregard it as you will not be charged extra.
Upcoming Features:
Relaunch of Level Up Accelerator: We are preparing to relaunch the Level Up Accelerator to further empower our members.
Launching Groups: In the coming weeks, we will be introducing groups to foster deeper connections and collaboration.
Opening the Knowledge Library: A new Knowledge Library will be launched, making it easier for members to access vital information and resources.
Challenges and Solutions: While we have encountered some system challenges during this move, our team has swiftly developed solutions to keep us on track. We are confident in our ability to continue this momentum and achieve our goals.
Looking Ahead: Our goal of being fully integrated into the new platform by September 1, 2024, remains firmly on track. Additionally, we are on schedule to launch a fully functioning app by October 1, 2024.
